Attached to the Head of Food Science, you take responsibility for one category of dairy food product development from the idea to the prototype development.
You will work closely with our Junior Food Scientist.
This job is based in Lyon.
What You Will Be Doing
Assess Bon Vivant’s protein specifications (functionalities, gustative and nutritional properties) to design our protein’s product specifications sheet
Identify suitable plant ingredients and new technologies to be applied in our animal-free dairy food products
Translate discoveries into applications through rapid prototyping
Design and execute all stages of food product development- benchtop prototypes, customer testing, conducting pilot lab trials.

Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
Equivalent of master’s degree in food science / food technology or similar
